Our Plant and Infrastructure Projects Department of Marubeni Philippines Corporation has been dealing in plant businesses covering several manufacturing industries in the Philippines for almost 40 years, i.e. Cement ; Sugar; Steel; Copper Smelting; Petrochemical; Food & Beverages Etc.

At present, our department represents various businesses of Energy & Natural Resources Projects Department of Marubeni Corporation, Tokyo Head Office; which engages in plant businesses covering various oil and gas, development of natural resources, steel and cement and continuously strengthens/enhances its integrated functions and capabilities backed by close and efficient relationships of mutual trust built with clients and partners, sophisticated knowledge, and know-how/skills in structure finance and risk management while promoting Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC)

In new business fields, major steps were taken place to pursue the emission credit trading business of Clean Defense Mechanism (CDM) project that aims to reduce CO2 emissions, from Project Design stage to Off-take arrangement. We are also pursuing the Bio-Ethanol manufacturing plant projects in which we hold the functional and experiential advantages.

1. Construction and rehabilitation of Philippine Associated Smelting & Refining Corporation (PASAR) Plant

3. Construction and rehabilitation of nine (9) Raw Sugar Plants such as BUSCO, CASUCO, SONEDCO, etc., and construction of two (2) Sugar Refinery Plants such as CASUCO and PHILSUCOM from 1967
