The Energy Department develops businesses and handles the operations side for local and international deliveries/shipments of naphtha and petroleum products from and into the Philippines. From crude oil to LPG and LNG, the department has been aggressive in meeting the demands and changes in the local market.

With the deregulation of the Philippine Downstream Oil Industry in 1998, we have supplied the spot requirements of not only the three oil majors, but also of the various new oil players.

In coordination with Marubeni’s Energy Group in Tokyo and Marubeni International Petroleum (S) Pte. Ltd. (MIPCO), we also engage in the spot naphtha and petroleum product tenders of the oil players.

In line with the Marubeni Energy Group's goal of regional distribution and sales of products and materials throughout the ASEAN, the department has actively discussed long term contracts with different oil companies that will ensure the stable supply of petroleum products in the country.
