a. Lima Technology Center - LTC (Industrial Lots For Sale!)

LTC is a 485-hectare industrial estate development. It is a joint venture project of Alsons Land Corporation (Phils.), of the Alcantara family and Marubeni Corporation (Japan). LTC is thus far "the biggest privately master-planned industrial estate in the country" whose locators now includes EPSON, Koyo Seiko, Hitachi Cable and other export related manufacturing entities.

b. Lima City Hotel - (Now operating with 60 rooms!)


Lima City Hotel located in the Lima Technology Center (LTC) serves the requirements of people doing business in Lima Technology Center (LTC) as well as accommodation on local expatriates working in LTC. Lima City Hotel distinguishes itself as "the first and only hotel inside an industrial estate in the Philippines".

The hotel boasts of well-appointed rooms and accommodations, a Japanese restaurant and a kiosk.

d. AG&P Port Services Of Batangas, Inc. (APSCBI) - (Now Open for Business!)

APSCBI is a 20-hectare container port development located at Mabini, Bauan, Batangas which intends to cater to the needs of the factories located at the CALABARZON area.

APSCBI is the vehicle whose main shareholders include International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI), AG&P Company of Manila (AG&P), and Marubeni Corporation.
